The project
The challenge
Entrepreneurship education happens across workshops, competitions, company collaborations and student projects. The EESI programme needed a consistent way to record those experiences, validate participation and turn them into a recognised certificate.
The workflow had to connect students, teachers and administrators while reflecting the programme’s own requirements.
The system
We developed a web-based activity tracker. Students record their activities, teachers confirm achievements, and the platform tracks participation points and generates downloadable PDF certificates.
These steps form one certification journey, giving each role a clear part in the process.
The handover
The project included source code handover and technical documentation. The institution manages the certification process independently and owns the platform.
Maintainability was a delivery requirement: the system needed to support the programme beyond its original development.
